JAMON
R. HICKS
Jamon R. Hicks is a practicing attorney and co-founder of the
Full Service Group. As a licensed attorney, he is primarily
responsible for phases II (Business Consulting) and III (Real
Estate Investment Consulting) of FS Group. His qualifications
include setting up small businesses as corporations, partnerships,
limited-liability partnerships, and limited-liability corporations. In
addition, Mr. Hicks has drafted and negotiated numerous settlement,
partnership, investment, event, artist, joint venture and management
agreements.
This legal experience has fostered a concentration on real estate
investment opportunities. Mr. Hicks has used his transactional
talents to negotiate real estate ventures. These deals run
the gamut from residential to commercial, along with single-unit
condos to multi-unit properties. He has invested in properties
in California and Arizona thereby establishing numerous real
estate contacts in various cities throughout the United States. Mr.
Hicks has consulted clients on an array of investment opportunities.
Mr. Hicks is a 26-year resident of Los Angeles, California.
His educational background includes a Juris Doctorate from
Loyola Law School. He also holds Bachelor of Arts Degrees
in English and African-American studies from the University
of California, where he graduated with honors. He serves on
numerous community and educational boards. In addition, Mr.
Hicks has participated on various panels discussing economic
wealth and empowerment.
BRANDON
E. BANKS
Brandon
E. Banks is a professional graphic designer and co-founder of
the Full Service Group. As a graphic designer, he is primarily
responsible for phase I (Graphics and Marketing) of FS Group. His
graphic design experience includes the realms of both web and
print media. Mr. Banks has worked with, and for, different
organizations and/or companies affiliated with education, entertainment,
and sports. This design experience has given him the desire to
help build and develop the visual branding for companies/organizations.
Mr. Banks has lent his artistic talents to major players in the
entertainment industry as well as under-funded school organizations. He
has helped give face to local music artists and various other companies
on the rise.
Along with the physical design work, Mr. Banks has consulted these
same clients to help them create a professional look and presentation
that will promote them to that next level. Some of examples

Mr. Banks has been a resident of Southern California for 27 years. He
holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Loyola Marymount University's Studio Arts
Program with an emphasis in Graphic Design. Mr. Banks has always had the desire
to bring people together to work cooperatively in his community. To this end,
he began doing social networking events a year after graduation. Through these
events he has connected to his own ever-growing client base and
created resourceful connections amongst his colleagues. It is this
drive and mindset that he brings into the Full Service Group and
to their mission.
MATTHEW KINNEY
Matthew Kinney is a Business Affairs consultant
and co-founder of the Full Service Group. As a Business Affairs
consultant he is primarily responsible for phases II (Business
Consulting) and III (Real Estate Investment Consulting) of the
FS Group. His law firm experience includes preparing numerous contracts,
settlement agreements and court filings. Mr. Kinney has also prepared
the necessary documentation for developing small businesses (articles
of incorporation, limited-liability corporations, partnerships,
limited-liability partnerships). Mr. Kinney has also worked in
the entertainment industry where his responsibilities included
preparing contracts, researching intellectual property issues and
clearing samples for use in a national television show.
This experience has developed a skill set geared towards developing
small businesses including, but not limited to, preparing the actual
documentation required and consulting clients regarding their goals,
concerns and availability to expand and diversify by means that
are most advantageous to their particular interests. Mr.
Kinney has developed a wide range of contacts that enable him to
connect clients in a network where relationships are developed
that are mutually beneficial to all parties involved.
Mr. Kinney has been a California resident for the past 17 years.
Prior to that he was a resident of Texas for 14 years. His educational
background includes a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School (Los
Angeles). Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy
from California State University-Northridge where he graduated
with honors. Upon graduation, he received the Sidney J. Luckenbach
scholarship award recognizing him as the outstanding Philosophy
student for his class.
Mr. Kinney is committed to continuing to establish viable opportunities
that will develop and subsequently maintain valuable economic growth
and empowerment within the community.
